What You'll Be Doing
You’ll serve as a dedicated advocate and accountability partner, transforming a complex, emotional experience into a confident, supported one while creating the foundation for long-term client value.
- Engage clients quickly, establish credibility, and become their trusted point of guidance early in the journey.
- Guide clients through key milestones and actions so they are meaningfully engaged, not passive or confused.
- Ask the right questions, listen deeply, and document client needs, timing, and constraints to create a complete and usable client profile.
- Use context and judgment to surface guidance and support clients may not yet know they need.
- Recommend the right help at the right time, ensuring clients receive value while contributing to ARPC.
- Keep clients moving forward so nothing important is missed or delayed.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years in B2C Customer Success roles where you owned a revenue number—hitting targets through relationships, not cold calls
- Proven track record turning trust and relationships into measurable revenue outcomes (ARPC, activation, retention)
- Experience guiding clients through complex, emotional decisions with empathy and clarity
- Comfortable with technology platforms and documenting client interactions for downstream workflows
- Bonus: Experience in moving coordination, home services, renovation, or real estate transaction support
