What You'll Be Doing
You’ll ensure partners deliver exceptional client value while providing the operational data needed for accurate tracking and downstream workflows.
- Identify coverage gaps across service categories and markets, and source high-quality partners to fill them.
- Acquire, vet, and onboard partners through a structured end-to-end process, ensuring they meet Virtuo’s operational expectations.
- Ensure partners consistently provide required return data to support workflows, reporting, and revenue tracking.
- Monitor partner performance and intervene early to maintain reliability, quality, and client experience standards.
- Increase revenue per client by improving partner conversion, reducing leakage, and optimizing monetizable opportunities.
- Conduct regular network audits to strengthen coverage, replace weak partners, and improve overall ecosystem health.
- Collaborate with CX, Ops, and Product to integrate partners into processes and support internal teams with clear partner enablement.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record building and scaling partner networks from early stage to maturity with measurable revenue impact
- Experience managing partner performance, including onboarding, enablement, quality assurance, and data/reporting requirements
- Strong operational mindset with ability to build systems that ensure partner compliance and performance visibility
- Background working with service providers, contractors, or field service networks preferred
