What You'll Be Doing

Establish Virtuo as the trusted partner for enterprise home builders across Texas by building deep executive relationships and creating a qualified pipeline of discovery-complete opportunities. You’ll serve as Virtuo’s boots-on-the-ground market presence, opening doors with C-suite decision-makers, establishing credibility in the Texas home building community, and ensuring our founders are consistently positioned in front of the right people at the right time.

  • Own strategic relationships with high-growth builder accounts across Texas
  • Secure high-quality executive meetings with VP+ decision-makers
  • Lead early-stage discovery conversations to qualify real opportunities
  • Operate as a relationship-first seller focused on depth, not volume
  • Stay engaged through early and mid-stage deal progression to maintain trust and momentum
  • Partner with CEO/CTO on founder-led selling motions
  • Collaborate with Strategic Ops and Sales teams on deal orchestration and follow-up
  • Bring structured field insights back to inform GTM strategy, product priorities, and executive decisions
  • Represent Virtuo at builder events, conferences, and industry gatherings

Who You Are

A senior individual contributor with a relationship-led enterprise sales background who thrives in complexity—navigating long cycles, multiple stakeholders, and evolving buying processes. Your strength is in warm outreach, executive conversations, and shaping early deal strategy. You're motivated by building trust and market presence alongside founders, not by volume or quick wins.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within construction technology, PropTech, real estate technology, or enterprise SaaS
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining executive-level relationships (C-suite, VP-level) in complex B2B environments
  • Demonstrated success generating qualified pipeline and converting relationships into revenue opportunities
  • Deep familiarity with the Texas home building market, particularly Dallas-Fort Worth, with an established network of industry contacts preferred
  • Experience navigating long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision processes in enterprise environments
