Who Are We?

As one of the most significant purchases we’ll ever make, a new home deserves to be the most exciting and enjoyable experience of our life. While owning a home should be simple and joyful, people’s best asset is their least supported and biggest headache.

Virtuo’s mission is to help new homeowners to quickly and effortlessly begin enjoying their homes, and continue enjoying them. When ownership decisions can be complex and overwhelming, Virtuo is the trusted unbiased guide to help make them faster.

What You'll Be Doing

Reporting to the CEO, you'll drive operational excellence and accountability across GTM, Customer Experience, Partnerships, and People & Culture, ensuring strategic objectives convert to measurable results. You’ll own the rhythm of the business: managing team leaders, running weekly cadences, and removing roadblocks that threaten momentum. Your success means our teams execute commitments and keep revenue growth on track.

  • Run execution across the company: Turn decisions and plans into action across GTM, CX, Partnerships, and Ops.
  • Manage leaders and teams: Own people management, weekly 1:1s, performance conversations, and accountability.
  • Keep revenue moving: Ensure net new, expansion, and ARPC efforts are focused, coordinated, and progressing.
  • Own cadence and follow-through: Run weekly execution rhythms, OKRs, and cross-team dependencies.
  • Lead People & Culture: Set expectations, reinforce standards, and address performance issues early.
  • Enable Executive Focus: Filter noise, resolve issues before escalation, and bring only critical decisions to the CEO.

How You'll Be Measured

  • Revenue Plan Execution
  • Key Result Success Rate
