The Opportunity:
TechSee is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Integration Engineer to join our dynamic team.
As a Data Integration Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless data collection, integration, performance monitoring, and reporting for our innovative visual assistance platform. You will collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including customers, TechSee delivery teams, and R&D, to facilitate smooth integrations within specified timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Integration:
Design and implement robust data collection strategies and integration pipelines to efficiently gather, process, and integrate data from diverse sources.
Gather data from diverse sources including CALL CENTER records, CRM systems, and Product Manuals.
Consolidate and integrate data into a centralized data Lake.
Uphold data integrity and accuracy throughout the integration process.
Apply data optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and performance.
Execute data cleaning, transformation, and standardization procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
2. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Develop and maintain monitoring systems to track the performance of data integration processes, ensuring reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
Produce comprehensive reports and analysis to facilitate informed decision-making and optimization efforts. Key responsibilities include:
Monitor the performance and accuracy of the Data Lake.
Generate reports on data usage, query success rates, and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to understand integration requirements, priorities, and constraints.
Proactively engage with customers, TechSee delivery teams, and R&D to ensure alignment and timely delivery of integrations that meet or exceed expectations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related fields, providing a robust theoretical and practical foundation.
Proven expertise in data management, integration, and database design, emphasizing optimization and performance monitoring.
Demonstrated success in integrating field data with tier 1 and tier 2 organizations in North America, ensuring seamless integration across diverse platforms.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data cleaning techniques, coupled with expertise in data transformation and manipulation.
Familiarity with CALL CENTER systems, CRM platforms, and document processing tools, facilitating efficient workflows.
Meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality integrations and data solutions.
Advantageous knowledge of Vector Databases, Deep Lake, and Machine Learning techniques, offering insights into advanced data methodologies.
Experience in developing and implementing data optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and performance.
