The opportunity:
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to own the inbound product management within R&D. You will act as the bridge between our strategic product vision ,led by Product Managers, and the engineering teams delivering it. You’ll translate business goals into clear, actionable technical requirements and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and AI-powered service solutions.
Responsibilities:
Act as the Technical Product Manager for one or more product areas within R&D.
Collaborate with engineering, QA, and design to deliver releases that meet user, performance, and reliability goals.
Define, groom, and prioritize the product backlog based on strategic input from outbound PMs.
Translate product goals into user stories and technical specs, contributing to system design.
Ensure decisions balance scalability, maintainability, and user needs.
Serve as liaison between R&D and outbound PMs, participating in planning and backlog refinement.
Document features, dependencies, and integrations for stakeholders.
Own release readiness and monitor post-release KPIs.
Represent the “voice of the user” within R&D, grounded in both data and technical feasibility.
Requirements:
3+ years experience as a Technical Product Manager in SaaS, AI, or enterprise software.
Experience in managing end-to-end delivery from concept to release.
Experience with Agile/Scrum and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha, ClickUp).
Strong technical literacy in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and API-driven architectures.
Proven ability to write detailed, unambiguous user stories with clear technical and UX acceptance criteria.
Comfortable reviewing and providing feedback on UX wireframes and interaction flows.
Experience defining and maintaining clear release documentation, including user behavior, data flows, and dependencies.
Self-starter comfortable working in fast-moving, globally distributed teams.
Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Background in software development -Advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA.
Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
