The opportunity:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled IT Specialist to join our dynamic team for an 80%-100% maternity leave replacement role.
As our IT Specialist, you will be responsible for all IT aspects, including onsite rapid-response for technical issues, ensuring systems run at optimal efficiency, and establishing effective processes to provide the highest levels of internal support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of TechSee’s IT infrastructure, systems, and security.
Manage tools, systems, and services used by TechSee.
Provide global IT support to TechSee employees, including U.S. time zones.
Manage workstations and company applications, including external service providers for Salesforce, Google Workspace, Slack, and other organizational platforms.
Design, develop, implement, and maintain IT systems, policies, and procedures.
Define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and security processes.
Qualifications:
1 year of experience as an IT Specialist or in the IT field.
Deep understanding and hands-on experience in IT systems, networking, and server management.
Experience with enterprise applications such as Google Workspace, BI tools, Salesforce, and Priority ERP.
Strong troubleshooting skills for PCs, Macs, hardware, and software.
Advanced knowledge of managing users ,access (Like Active Directory) and mail services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing IT challenges.
Fluent in English.
BS in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or similar field - Advantage
Familiarity with ISO 27001 and SOC2- Advantage
Experience with JumpCloud- Advantage
Experience with CrowdStrike- Advantage
Experience with Linux and macOS- Advantage
