At TalkLife we build online communities, safe spaces for people to come and share how they really feel and the ups and downs of life. Our student specific peer support community, TalkCampus, is a vibrant, supportive and safe space for students from over 300 universities and colleges to come and get support from other students around the world.
The number of institutions we support is growing, both directly and via our trusted global partners. We are looking for a new team member to join our customer success team and help us as we continue to provide exceptional service to the wellbeing teams that trust us with their students.
This is an office based role and you’ll need to be happy to work out of our Bristol office 4 days a week. Due to the global nature of this role we also are looking for someone who is happy to join calls that are in the Australian timezone, which means some early mornings.
Role Summary:
- Support across a global portfolio of universities and colleges, providing an outstanding client experience.
- Support clients from launch and beyond, finding creative ways to engage and add value.
- Maintain regular contact via email, video, and face-to-face meetings tailored to each client’s needs.
To succeed in this role it will help to:
- Be familiar with the startup environment and enjoy this style of working. It’s fast paced, high output and demanding. It’s also fun, impactful and collaborative.
- Experience with CRM systems and/or a strong attention to detail and quality. Maintaining excellent systems is paramount for customer success.
- Strong communication skills, both written and on video calls. We work with teams from all over the world and confidence in communicating and building relationships is a large part of the role.
- A high level of organisation. You will need to manage your own workload effectively and take initiative to be responsive and supportive to our clients needs.
- Experience of the wellbeing sector or education sector is highly desirable; as is an understanding of the Australian education system.
- 2-3 years+ experience in a Customer Success role.
