About the Role:
We seek an exceptional product leader to nurture and grow our product organization. You will hire, guide, coach, and grow product talent at TailorCare. You will also establish and amplify our product culture, which is centered on solving problems for our customers, delivering solutions in increments, and continuously iterating to improve. You will define product lines and areas of ownership for our product managers, and you will empower your team to work proactively in defining a strategic vision for their respective areas of ownership. Communicating progress, helping your team resolve dependencies, celebrating wins, and working closely with your engineering counterpart are all crucial to your success. We are a fast-paced healthcare start-up prototyping new solutions that serve patients, providers, clients, and internal clinical operations. Solutions serve to manage patient data, create patient engagement channels, aid clinical decision-making using ML models, and more. Your product leadership will guide our product and technical teams to move quickly and deliver high quality. You will be a thought partner with the VP of Product to set product vision and make long-term bets. This role has high growth potential for personal development and building a strong organization from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set the product strategy that aligns with business opportunities and growth
- Lead team in product roadmap creation, refinement, and prioritization
- Guide and coach the team to identify customer problems, ideate innovative solutions, and collaborate closely with design and engineering for delivery
- Be the glue across all departments at TailorCare by earning stakeholder trust and delivering on commitments
- Accountable for the success of their product portfolio, define and track key results and communicate progress with stakeholders.
- Help the team to think big and make good decisions quickly
Key Qualifications:
- 10+ years product management experience
- 7+ years healthcare technology and clinical process experience
- 3+ years of managing product teams
- Strong knowledge of product management best practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school
