Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and exceptionally proactive Chief of Staff to partner directly with our CEO and executive leadership team. This role demands someone who takes initiative and operates with a "day 1" mindset, driving key initiatives and ensuring seamless operations. The Chief of Staff will act as a force multiplier, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving across the organization. This role requires an entrepreneurial mentality, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate with discretion and influence.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership & Initiative:
- Act as a trusted advisor and proactive thought partner to the CEO, providing strategic insights and support on critical business decisions.
- Assist in developing and implementing the company's strategic plan, ensuring alignment across departments, and taking ownership of critical milestones.
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic initiatives and identify potential opportunities and risks proactively.
- Operational Excellence & Day 1 Mentality:
- Manage and prioritize the CEO's time and schedule, ensuring efficient use of resources and anticipating potential roadblocks.
- Oversee key projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines, driving progress with a sense of urgency.
- Develop and implement processes to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness, implementing solutions quickly and decisively.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Executive Support:
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for executive meetings and board meetings.
- Attend and facilitate meetings, capturing key action items and ensuring follow-up.
- Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to the CEO and leadership team.
- Manage executive level communication.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, investors, and partners.
- Represent the CEO and the company at external events and meetings.
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Special Projects:
- Lead special projects as assigned by the CEO, which may include due diligence, market research, or process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with fundraising activities and investor relations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced technology environment, ideally in a strategic or operational role.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects from conception to completion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Experience with financial modeling and analysis is a strong plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $50,000 - $150,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
