The Role
The Manager, Treasury & Strategic Finance is a high-impact people leadership role responsible for owning treasury operations, cash forecasting, liquidity strategy, and the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Collections function.
This role will lead and develop a growing team responsible for end-to-end cash management, ensuring strong financial discipline across treasury and receivables operations. You will partner closely with FP&A, Accounting, and senior leadership to enhance long-term financial planning, liquidity strategy, and working capital performance.
You will balance hands-on strategic leadership with team development and operational oversight, building scalable processes that support Solink’s continued growth.

What You’ll Do
Lead & Develop the Treasury and AR/Collections Team
Directly manage and develop the Treasury and AR/Collections team
Set clear goals, performance expectations, and accountability standards
Provide coaching, feedback, and career development support
Build a high-performance culture focused on accuracy, urgency, and continuous improvement
Ensure strong collaboration between AR, Accounting, and FP&A
Scale team structure and capabilities as the company grows
End-to-End Ownership of Accounts Receivable & Collections
Lead collections strategy to optimize DSO and cash flow
Implement policies and processes that improve receivables performance
Build dashboards and KPIs to monitor AR health, aging, and collection efficiency
Identify automation opportunities to improve billing and collections workflows
Partner with cross-functional teams to reduce friction in customer payment processes
Partner with FP&A and Leadership on Long-Term Modeling & Cash Forecasting
Oversee short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting, ensuring accuracy and visibility into Solink’s liquidity position
Provide financial insights that inform strategic planning, capital allocation, and growth investments
Lead scenario analyses and financial modeling to support executive decision-making
Own Treasury, Banking Operations & Liquidity Management
Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash positioning and liquidity planning
Maintain and strengthen banking relationships and financial institution partnerships
Ensure effective controls, compliance, and operational efficiency across treasury processes
Develop reporting to enhance visibility into cash performance and financial risk exposure
Drive Financial Process & Systems Improvements
Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve financial forecasting accuracy and systems integration
Identify automation opportunities within treasury, payables, receivables, and cash reporting workflows
Support ERP enhancements and reporting optimization initiatives
Build scalable financial infrastructure that supports Solink’s continued growth
Optimize Working Capital Performance
Lead initiatives to improve cash conversion cycle metrics
Partner with Accounting and FP&A to enhance working capital reporting
Track and report on DSO, DPO, and other key liquidity indicators
Implement strategies that strengthen overall balance sheet efficiency
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA, CTP, or CFA is an asset)
5+ years of experience in treasury, financial planning, or strategic finance roles, ideally within SaaS or a high-growth environment
Prior experience leading or mentoring team members, with a passion for developing people and building strong teams
Strong financial modeling and cash flow forecasting expertise
Deep understanding of liquidity management and working capital optimization
Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive initiatives across teams
Advanced Excel modeling skills and experience with ERP systems
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Security Requirements
