Position Summary
Reporting to the VP, People Operations, our team is currently looking for a Senior Recruiter to join us! In this role, you’ll take ownership of full cycle talent acquisition across all functions of our business all the way from the kick-off discussion through to offer. We’re looking for someone that loves to embed themselves in the business and create meaningful partnerships with hiring leaders. It’s also very important for us to create an amazing candidate experience so we’re looking for someone aligned with those values who understands the importance of moving quickly and providing consistent communication.
Key Accountabilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for various roles across departments.
- Talent Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring the attraction of high-quality talent in a timely manner.
- Candidate Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing techniques, including networking, social media, and other creative channels.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics, ensuring the right talent fit.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Promote and implement inclusive hiring practices to ensure a diverse and dynamic workforce.
- Candidate Experience: Provide a positive candidate experience by keeping candidates informed throughout the process and managing relationships with transparency and professionalism.
- Recruitment Analytics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, etc.) to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Employer Branding: Work closely marketing to enhance employer brand through recruitment marketing initiatives.
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment in the tech sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with experience managing multiple requisitions (15+) simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
