People love Zendesk. Businesses love Zendesk and want to let their customers in on the secret. In the old days, this was called “the channel”. In today’s SaaS-driven world, it ranges from integrated distribution deals to referral programs; BPOs to cloud-friendly consultants; joint landing pages to reseller contracts - and things that no one has even thought of yet.

Drive business performance measured by new bookings, expansion bookings and customer acquisitions.
What you have:
You have excelled in previous Channel roles: 4+ years of experience in partner channel development, sales, business development, alliance management in the technology industry.
You've worked for a software company before, ideally Saas.

You have carried a quota before.
Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small audiences.
Understanding of customer value proposition for Zendesk solutions and best practices for partners to monetize services and solutions.
You are happy working in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on creating something “new” and are not afraid to get your hands dirty in the day-to-day business.
