Job Description

We’re seeking a top-performing Enterprise Account Executive to join our EMEA Central team. In this role, you’ll drive new logo acquisition and expand high-value relationships, shaping and winning strategic, multi-year cloud CX, CCaaS and AI transformation opportunities, accelerating Zendesk growth in the CEE region in Enterprise segment across a range of target verticals, such as retail, e-commerce, financial services, technology, entertainment, travel and transportation.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Drive top-line revenue growth by acquiring new customers and developing innovative strategies for account expansion.

  • Create quarterly territory and account plans, outlining strategies and actionable tactics to increase Zendesk’s Enterprise BoB in the assigned territory.

  • Create and maintain a robust, well qualified pipeline and accurate forecasting to exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.

  • Initiate and lead complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles, managing stakeholder engagement across business, IT, operations, procurement, and executive leadership.

  • Establish and maintain executive sponsorship, leveraging your industry expertise to build relationships with key stakeholders, champions and sponsors.

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and leadership to optimize sales strategies and drive sales execution.

  • Understand and convey the benefits of Zendesk products ensuring alignment with customers’ business objectives.

  • Negotiate and close complex deals, leveraging a consultative approach, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to present compelling business cases and value propositions.

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of Zendesk solutions, staying current with competitive landscape and industry trends.

  • Travel regularly to meet with customers and prospects in person; the ability and willingness to travel for onsite meetings and relationship-building is essential for success in this role.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • 10+ years of B2B sales in the SaaS industry to enterprise customers in Poland, Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary; CX, Contact Center, CRM or ITSM sales experience is a strong plus.

  • Strong track record of quota attainment and recognition for top performance; President’s Club membership is a strong plus.

  • Successful track record of winning new business.

  • Proven experience creating and driving multi-stakeholder, value-centric, long-cycle enterprise sales opportunities and closing complex high-value deals.

  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and deal closing skills.

  • Experienced at selling to VP and C-level executives both in person and using remote technology, demonstrated ability to build, present, and defend executive-level business cases and ROI models.

  • Strong knowledge of industry trends and the ability to build relationships with key decision makers.

  • Self-driven, empathetic, strategically curious, and results-obsessed.

  • Proficient with key Sales tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Seismic, Looker.

  • Fluent in Polish, fluency in Czech or Hungarian is a strong plus.


    Note: The salary range for this position is zł622,000.00-zł934,000.00 OTE. This is a sales position and this is the OTE, including 50% basic, 50% commission.

The Poland annualized base salary range for this position is zł622,000.00-zł934,000.00. Please note that while the salary range represents the minimum and maximum base salary rate for this position, the actual compensation offered will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives that will be communicated during the offer stage.
