Job Description

We’re seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our Performance Marketing team and lead initiatives driving measurable, scalable growth specifically for the LATAM region, across the entire customer lifecycle.

In this strategic role, you will own the development and execution of advanced digital marketing strategies tailored to the LATAM market, fully aligned with the broader marketing organization and business objectives. You’ll collaborate closely with field marketing, sales, and performance marketing teams focused on LATAM to ensure cohesive, integrated programs that engage core audiences and accelerate pipeline growth within the region. Your leadership will be key in connecting day-to-day marketing activities with company OKRs, optimizing channel performance, and driving impactful business results in LATAM.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with channel owners to co-own the performance marketing strategy for the LATAM region, acting as the primary liaison in cross-functional forums, championing regional priorities, and ensuring local efforts align with global marketing objectives.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the LATAM customer journey—from lead creation through to closed revenue—and proactively identify friction points and growth opportunities through data-driven testing and multichannel integration within the region.

  • Analyze performance across channels and touchpoints to generate actionable insights that shape and support a cohesive, data-driven growth strategy designed to improve conversion rates and strengthen the sales funnel locally.

  • Regularly monitor funnel health metrics including lead quality and volume, conversion rates, segment or channel-specific pipeline contribution, and average deal size to spot trends and optimization opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with channel owners, Regional Marketing, Sales, and Integrated Campaigns teams focused on LATAM to align on strategic goals, KPIs, messaging, and precise audience segmentation for maximum regional impact.

  • Partner with channel and campaign owners to develop and execute integrated activation plans that leverage paid, owned, and earned media channels—tailored to engage buyers at every stage of the journey.

  • Serve as a thought partner across teams, driving best practices in performance marketing and influencing the marketing roadmap for LATAM.

  • Act as the key bridge between Performance Marketing and other functions by effectively communicating team goals, needs, and feedback to ensure alignment and collaborative success.


Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in data-driven digital and performance marketing with a strong focus on B2B SaaS and LATAM markets.

  • Deep understanding of paid, owned, and earned media channels and how to integrate them effectively for growth.

  • Strong analytical skills, proficient with tools like Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or similar BI platforms; SQL knowledge is a plus.

  • Exceptional communication skills, able to translate complex data and marketing strategies into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot) and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Proven success collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams.

  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM), especially 1:few and 1:many approaches targeting high-value accounts is preferred.

This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
