Position Summary:

League’s platform enables organizations to deliver engaging, personalized digital healthcare experiences. As a Product Management Analyst in the Client Solutions organization, you will support the delivery and evolution of client-facing digital health solutions by combining analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a passion for product development.

This is an entry-level role designed for someone early in their product career who is eager to learn how digital healthcare products are discovered, built, measured, and improved. You will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Customer teams to help translate client and user needs into data-informed product decisions.

In this role, you will:

Product Analysis & Insights

  • Support Product Managers by gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative product data
  • Define and document product analytics events (user clicks, page loads, etc.) to measure application and feature performance
  • Support product with testing analytics event instrumentation pre and post feature launch, supporting with the provision of criteria for Data Analytics support tickets
  • Track and report on product performance metrics, client outcomes, and usage trends
  • Help identify opportunities for product improvements through data analysis, user feedback, and client insights
  • Assist with market, competitor, and industry research within the digital healthcare space

Product Development Support

  • Contribute to product discovery activities, including user research preparation, documentation, and analysis
  • Coordinate the creation and implementation of in-app copy content and engagement marketing messages between Product and Operations teams
  • Assist in writing and maintaining clear product documentation such as requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Help maintain and prioritize product backlogs under the guidance of a Product Manager
  • Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Support client-facing Product Managers in preparing materials for client meetings and product reviews
  • Help capture and document client requirements, feedback, and action items
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities and delivery progress

Learning & Growth

  • Build foundational knowledge of digital healthcare products, workflows, and regulatory considerations
  • Learn modern product management practices, tools, and methodologies
  • Actively seek feedback and mentorship to grow product management and analytical skills

About You:

  • 0–2 years of experience in a related role such as product analyst, business analyst, consultant, coordinator, or similar
  • Exposure to digital products, technology, healthcare, or data-driven roles is an asset
  • Academic background in business, technology, health sciences, data, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with data, metrics, and spreadsheets; experience with analytics tools is a plus
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to organize information, manage tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Curious mindset with a desire to learn and grow in product management

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for base salaries for the position across all Canadian locations. The salary range is intentional to account for the performance and career progressions a Leaguer will experience in the role throughout their time at League. Where in the band you may land is determined by job-related skills/experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range specific to your skills and experience during the hiring process.

Work Location:

We have a mix of office-centric roles based in our vibrant Toronto office, and remote-eligible roles based anywhere in Canada or US. Each job posting will indicate where the role will be based. Regardless of the role’s posted location, all Toronto-area Leaguers (living within 65 km of our downtown HQ) collaborate in-office Monday through Thursday. Depending on your distance to the office, you’ll enjoy 10 or 20 Flexible Remote Days each quarter for focus and deep-work time.
