Marketing Intern

We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to build a career in marketing. For the right candidate, this role serves as a pathway to a full-time position with expanded responsibilities and long-term growth opportunities.

At KODE Labs, you’ll work directly with our Marketing and Sales teams, helping create the presentations, proposals, and marketing materials used in meetings with some of the world’s largest real estate owners, operators, and enterprise organizations.

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement, content creation, events, and brand management while learning how a fast-growing technology company operates.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

You will support the marketing team across a variety of projects, including:

Sales Enablement Support: Work closely with our Sales team to create polished, professional client-facing materials, including:

• Updating and customizing sales presentations for client meetings and proposals.
  

• Building and refining Google Slides presentations.
  

• Organizing and maintaining sales collateral, templates, case studies, and supporting materials.
  

• Ensuring all deliverables meet KODE’s brand and quality standards.
  

• Learning how to transform technical concepts into clear, visually engaging presentations.
  

Content & Social Media:

• Support the ideation and development of social media content.
  

• Assist with content research, drafting and monitoring.
  

Events & Marketing Operations:

• Support the preparation of materials for events, webinars and conferences.
  
• Assist with research of attendees for various events, helping our sales team book meetings before the event.
  
• Assist with marketing administration & lead/contact tagging.
  

Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  

• Strong familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Canva, or similar presentation tools.
  

• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in producing polished work.
  

• Strong organizational and time management skills
  

• Curious, coachable and eager to learn.
  

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
