Job Description

KODE Labs, headquartered in Detroit, Michigan is seeking to hire a full-time Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team, and to work together with our sales team to further grow our platform in the global market. Requirements

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Generate new business opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting, including personalized email outreach, cold calling, LinkedIn engagement, virtual networking, and structured follow-up.

  • Understand the company’s service offerings, ICPs, buyer personas, target markets, competitive landscape, and customer pain points to identify high-potential prospects and tailor outreach.

  • Conduct consistent written outreach and cold calling with the primary objective of booking qualified meetings

  • Qualify prospects before booking meetings, ensuring each opportunity meets agreed criteria such as ICP fit, timing, and strategic value.

  • Nurture and follow up with prospects to build interest, address objections, and move qualified leads toward sales conversations.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records of prospecting activity, qualification notes, outreach history, and next steps to support clean handoff.

  • Engage current users or existing accounts to uncover referrals and expansion opportunities that support pipeline generation
