Digital Content Creator
We’re looking for a Digital Content Creator who can take ownership of how KODE shows up across various digital content.
You’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and shipping content end-to-end. From long-form articles to video series, to social and campaign-driven content. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership to turn real product capabilities and customer outcomes into content that actually lands.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with KODE's business objectives across all key digital channels.
Lead the end-to-end production lifecycle (concept, production, distribution) for high-impact content, including blog articles, video series, and sales enablement materials.
Serve as the strategic partner for Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling narratives and thought leadership.
Oversee content performance and optimization by using data-driven insights to refine messaging, test new formats, and improve engagement metrics.
Manage collaborations with designers and video editors to ensure all output maintains high quality and brand consistency.
Drive organic growth across owned channels by implementing SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization strategies.
Leverage AI-powered tools responsibly to improve content ideation, workflow efficiency, and performance optimization while preserving brand authenticity.
Requirements
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
5+ years in content, digitalI marketing, or media roles, with a strong portfolio of published work (articles, video, or campaigns)
Proven ability to take content from idea -> execution -> distribution without heavy reliance on briefs.
Experience in a same or similar industry.
Strong writing skills: clear, concise, structured, and able to adapt tone across formats (educational, thought leadership, product-led)
Experience creating or contributing to video content (YouTube, short-form, or product walkthroughs ), including scripting and production coordination
Demonstrated ability to translate complex or technical topics into practical, engaging content for a variety of audiences.
Experience using content to support sales conversations, campaigns, or pipeline generation (not just brand awareness).
Familiarity with content performance metrics (engagement, conversions, retention) and ability to iterate based on insights.
Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product and Leadership teams.
NICE-TO-HAVES:
- Have experience with YouTube or content series development
- Have worked closely with the Sales team
- Understand smart buildings / real estate / IoT / SaaS
