Requirements

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Visualizing graphics that align with the client’s needs for various types of buildings
  

• Ensure that the design intent is accurately communicated and make necessary improvements to enhance the overall design
  

• Work on creating concept presentations for the design of both building systems and floor plan layouts
  

• Work on accurately mapping of device locations on floor plan layouts.
  

• Review architectural and technical drawings to ensure that they fulfill all the essential requirements for our design
  

• Review and finalize project layouts
  

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Experience working with ArchiCAD (3DS Max + VRay is a plus, but not required)
  

• Strong eye for detail and ability to interpret architectural/structural drawings to develop accurate 3D floor plans. Spatial and 3D skills are important.
  

• Interest in design, flexibility, and adaptability to different project needs, with a strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  

• Ability to write and communicate in English
