KODE Labs is seeking a UI/UX Designer to join our growing team in Prishtina. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and visual direction of our smart building management platform, used by clients around the world. You will design intuitive and engaging interfaces that simplify complex data and workflows, helping clients easily navigate and manage their buildings.

You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to turn ideas into thoughtful, high-quality designs that elevate how our platform is used every day.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Lead and execute the full design lifecycle—from initial concept and research to high-fidelity design and final handoff to engineering
  

• Translate product requirements into intuitive user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished design solutions
  

• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to validate and iterate on design decisions
  

• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components to ensure consistency across the platform
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with product strategy
  

• Present concepts, design rationales, and deliverables to peers, product leadership, and executive stakeholders
  

• Advocate for user-centered design principles and help elevate overall product quality through thoughtful UX practices
  

• Support product releases by providing assets, specifications, and continuous iteration based on user feedback and analytics
  

• Stay up to date with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, and introduce improvements where relevant
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience working as a UI/UX Designer (experience designing for SaaS platforms, dashboards, or mobile apps is a strong advantage)
  

• A strong, demonstrable portfolio that highlights end-to-end design processes, visual design skills, and problem-solving capabilities
  

• Solid experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, journey maps, storyboards, and sitemaps
  

• Proficiency in Figma and other visual design as well as wire-framing tools
  

• Experience working with or contributing to design systems and reusable UI component libraries
  

• Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for rapid prototyping is considered a plus
  

• Experience working within an Agile, Scrum, or Kanban product development environment
  

• Strong understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and usability best practices
  

• Ability to analyze product requirements and translate them into intuitive user experiences
  

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
  

• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest Web and Mobile UI trends, UX patterns, and emerging technologies
