You’ll own the category, sharpen the story, and scale a repeatable, measurable growth engine across geographies and segments. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Own the narrative & category: Defend the space KODE leads and drive consistent storytelling across web, product, sales, and press.
Scale demand generation: Build a full-funnel engine (GEO/SEO/SEM, paid, ABM, field, partner, community) that delivers a qualified pipeline with clear CAC/LTV discipline.
Lead Product Marketing: Nail ICPs, segmentation, positioning, pricing/packaging inputs, and launches; equip Sales with killer messaging and proof.
Build & coach the team: Mentor and structure a high-performance org spanning brand, content, PMM, growth, lifecycle, and events.
Create a content machine: Establish an editorial calendar and thought-leadership platform that wins mindshare with clients, partners, and analysts.
Partner & ecosystem marketing: Amplify through alliances, channels, and integrations; develop co-marketing motions that compound reach.
Own the digital experience: Make the website our best salesperson, conversion-optimized, insight-rich, and continuously tested.
Operational excellence: Own the modern RevOps/MarTech stack (attribution, MAP/CRM, intent, enrichment); instrument KPIs and dashboards.
Analyst & PR/Comms: Build relationships with tier-one analysts and media; manage announcements, awards, and crisis comms readiness.
Global expansion: Localize go-to-market motions and campaigns to win in priority regions.
Revenue partnership: Work hand-in-glove with Sales, Success, and Product on pipeline, NRR/expansion, and customer advocacy.
Report outcomes: Present clear, defensible plans and results to founders and the board.
Requirements
5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with 3–5 years leading multi-disciplinary teams (brand + growth + PMM); startup-to-scale experience preferred.
Proven track record building a repeatable demand engine that turns into pipeline and revenue (ABM, lifecycle, PLG/Sales-assist a plus).
Category design & storytelling chops—able to simplify complex tech into a compelling business narrative.
Deep command of measurement and experimentation (attribution models, funnel diagnostics, cohort analysis, CAC payback, NDR).
Hands-on fluency with a modern MarTech stack (MAP, CRM, intent, enrichment, web analytics, A/B testing).
Strong Product Marketing muscle: segmentation, pricing/packaging input, competitive strategy, and launch orchestration.
Excellent leadership: recruiting, coaching, org design, and cross-functional influence at executive/board level.
Comfortable operating in high-velocity environments; bias to action, owner’s mindset, and impeccable judgment.
Bonus: experience in proptech/smart buildings/IoT/energy, ecosystem/partner marketing, and analyst relations (Gartner/Forrester).
