This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, strategy, and client engagement, ensuring seamless deployment of our KODE OS platform while driving technical excellence.
As a Lead Engineer, you own the end-to-end technical deployment strategy for projects, ensuring successful implementation and exceeding client expectations. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and engineers to design, deploy, and optimize smart building solutions. This role requires not only deep technical expertise but also the ability to strategize, problem-solve, and lead teams towards impactful solutions
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Architect and execute smart building solutions by designing integration strategies for KODE OS within client infrastructures.
Engage with clients to understand use cases, pain points, and goals—translating them into scalable, deployable technical solutions.
Develop and drive deployment roadmaps, ensuring technical feasibility and smooth execution of end-to-end integrations.
Serve as a technical leader—guiding engineers, unblocking issues, and ensuring quality across all deployments.
Collaborate across teams (engineering, sales, and project management) to streamline deployment efficiency and technical execution.
Solve complex integration challenges, including network setup, middleware configurations (Niagara, BMS, API integrations), and data flow optimization.
Ensure high-quality project delivery by establishing standards for deployment excellence, minimizing rework, and maintaining clear documentation.
Drive continuous improvement, refining workflows, methodologies, and tools to enhance team productivity and customer experience.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating technical details into strategic insights that help drive decision-making.
Own deployment success—ensuring projects are delivered on time, with precision, and at the highest standard.
Requirements
3-4 years of hands-on experience with Niagara, BMS integration, and smart building technologies.
Proven expertise in deploying and integrating complex systems effectively.
Proven leadership in deploying and integrating complex, large-scale systems.
Strategic problem-solving mindset, able to align technical deployments with business objectives.
Technical adaptability—quickly understanding client environments and designing robust deployment solutions
Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, and keeping clients updated on progress and potential issues.
Strong commitment to delivering high-quality projects with minimal rework and maximum client satisfaction.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities to resolve technical blockers and guide the team to effective solutions.
