We are looking for a talented Technical Writer to join our API Integrations team in Prishtina.
In this role, you will immerse yourself in the Smart Building Industry, understanding our software platform's use cases, business value, and technical details. You will work closely with the development team to transform this knowledge into comprehensive documentation, supporting scalable growth.
You will also collaborate with Marketing, Client Experience, and Clients to document the use cases, and impact that KODE Labs is having on the industry.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, product manuals, API documentation, and online help content.
Showcase industry influence by crafting detailed case studies.
Highlight the engineering intricacies of implementation, the measurable impact, and the scalability achieved by our users.
Drive business growth by creating technical content targeting key decision-makers across the buyer's journey.
Collaborate closely with the development & product team to ensure meticulous documentation accompanies every API integration, enhancing user adoption.
Work with QA teams to ensure that the documented features function as described and to update any changes or improvements.
Work with the Client Experience team to understand common issues, FAQs, client feedback which can help improve the quality of the documentation.
Collaborate with marketing to accurately convey the value proposition of KODE Labs' products.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in technical writing, software documentation, or product marketing, preferably in SaaS, Real Estate, Tech, and/or Engineering.
Experience and knowledge of Mechanical Engineering and IoT is considered a plus.
To have a growth mindset, as there is lots to learn about real estate, building engineering, KODE Labs products, and how we bring them to market.
Being able to craft compelling communication for a variety of stakeholders with different levels of engineering skills, technology experience, and priorities requires strong communication skills.
Being organized in this wide reaching and dynamic role will be very important in maximizing collaboration with other stakeholders and driving the impact of your work from conception to delivery.
Being able to work independently and proactively drive communication and set-up processes related to documentation
