Digital Content Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Manager to join our Marketing team to help us grow our brand. The Digital Content Manager will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing our content strategy across various digital channels. This individual will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing high-quality content that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and supports our demand generation goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a talented storyteller, and a data-driven marketer with a deep understanding of content strategy, social media management, campaign planning, and performance marketing.
Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital content strategy that aligns with KODE Labs’ brand identity and business objectives. Maintain and evolve KODE Labs’ brand voice across all digital content, ensuring consistency and alignment with our values and mission. Produce engaging and innovative content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, social media posts, video storyboards,and more. Ensure content is tailored to specific platforms and audiences.
Social Media Management: Oversee all social media platforms, including content planning, posting, and community engagement. Drive growth and engagement across channels, particularly LinkedIn. Develop and implement social media campaigns that resonate with our target audience and amplify brand awareness.
Content Partnership Management: Identify and manage strategic content partnerships that enhance KODE Labs’ brand visibility and authority. Collaborate with industry influencers, media outlets, and other relevant partners to co-create and distribute content.
Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize integrated content campaigns that support key marketing initiatives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing objectives and timelines.
Performance Marketing & SEO: Create content that drives high-intent leads and meets performance goals. Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, and make data-driven decisions to enhance content effectiveness.Track and analyze the effectiveness of content in paid campaigns and iterate based on performance data. Optimize content for search engines to improve organic reach.
Thought Leadership: Collaborate with subject matter experts to create thought leadership content that positions KODE Labs as the industry leader in smart building technology.
Content Distribution: Develop and execute strategies for distributing content across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media, partnerships, and paid media.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in digital content creation, social media management, and campaign planning, preferably in the technology or real estate sector.
Proven track record in managing content partnerships and performance marketing initiatives.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a portfolio showcasing diverse content types.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media platforms such as LinkedIn, and analytics tools such as GA4 or MTA solutions.
Experience with SEO best practices and tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Experience with media buying and performance measurement across multiple channels like Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, etc
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to start initiatives proactively and independently drive projects through to successful completion.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for storytelling.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Familiarity with smart building technology or the real estate industry is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
