We’re looking for a HubSpot expert who has experience leading end-to-end CRM migration. This is a contract role that for a period of 8-12 weeks and can be performed remotely from anywhere in Canada.

What are we looking for?
- Experience: Proven experience working in or with an organization that has led an end-to-end CRM migration, including system mapping, key process, workflow and property definitions and data extraction cleaning, transformation, and validation processes. A foundational understanding of 3rd party tools that integrate the CRM is considered an asset.
- Technical Proficiency: HubSpot superuser. We need someone with an in-depth understanding of HubSpot who can easily analyze our instance and support a comprehensive end-to-end migration. Experience working with Salesforce is an asset.
- Project Management: A demonstrated track record of strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a larger team in coordinating and executing on an end-to-end CRM migration.
- Analytical Mindset: The ability to analyze and map data fields between CRMs, understand reporting needs, and identify opportunities to improve workflows and automation during the migration.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration with diverse teams in a remote and often asynchronous work environment.
- Acumen: A foundational understanding of the SaaS business model, including typical revenue streams and operational processes.
