This role
As our Hero Enablement Manager, you’ll be working with the business and leadership teams and will be instrumental in shaping how our people continually develop to meet the needs of the workforce of the future, at scale, in real time, making sure every Hero has the skills and context to operate effectively.
Working hours: This role must be based in Australia.
Your key focus areas will be
- Building the capability engine by designing and driving re-skilling programs that prepare our people for how work is changing.
- Leading a high-performing team by setting a high bar and giving them the context and autonomy to move fast.
- Developing leaders faster through practical programs for new and developing managers that build real skill quickly.
- Becoming the AI voice inside the business so teams trust your read on what's coming and how to prepare for it.
This will include
- Building and maintaining real-time enablement systemsOwning leadership development end to end, from new managers through to senior leaders
- Designing and running AI Training, empowering our Hero's to build and manage advanced AI agents independently
- Partnering with function heads across the business to understand what's changing and build enablement around it
- Reducing New Hire Time to Effectiveness quarter on quarterNavigating SLT and ELT to get clarity, scope ambiguous problems, and clear roadblocks
- Reporting on enablement impact through leader pulse survey results
Who you are

- Proven experience in enablement, learning & development, or people capability with a measurable track record of impact

- Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, and presentation formats for all leadership levels
