Support product reliability improvement through structured investigation of field returns, test failures, and recurring production defects.
Contribute to failure analysis, reliability testing, and validation of design or process changes.
Help define and implement improvements that reduce product risk and improve long-term robustness in the field.
Collaborate with hardware and embedded teams to resolve issues at the system level and verify the effectiveness of fixes.
Monitor product and production performance data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Lead or support root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Improve manufacturing processes, test methods, and product designs to increase quality, reliability, efficiency, and consistency.
