About us

Eli Health is making continuous hormone monitoring possible so users can support their daily and long-term health. No more waiting days to track key biomarkers—get results you can use within minutes. Eli’s flagship product, Hormometer™, is the first instant hormone monitoring platform to deliver results from saliva to mobile app—anytime, anywhere.

Developed over six years of R&D, over 2,000 product iterations, and backed by a dozen patent-pending innovations, Eli’s award-winning platform turns hormones into measurable signals you can track and improve. Just as the thermometer and glucometer have transformed health for millions, Eli’s platform is poised to be the next major evolution in tracking changes in stress, endurance, sleep, and more.

The Role

  • This is a build-from-scratch role in the best possible sense: you're walking into meaningful momentum. There's an active pipeline across multiple partner types, genuine inbound interest, and a product with clear utility in organizational contexts. What doesn't exist yet is the playbook — the repeatable process, the defined buyer journeys, the structured deal frameworks. That's what you'll build.

  • You'll be working across a genuinely diverse set of partner types: sports organizations deploying our testing through performance coaches, naturopathic clinics and allied health practitioners (chiropractors, nutritionists, functional medicine), companies gifting our product to employees or customers as a wellness benefit, and research organizations — including universities and multinationals — exploring saliva-based hormone testing as a viable alternative to traditional methods.

  • Each of these represents a different buyer, a different decision-making process, and a different value proposition. Your job is to understand all of them, prioritize ruthlessly, and close deals that compound.

What You'll Do

  • Define the B2B opportunity landscape for Eli Health — identify which segments to prioritize, what the buying journey looks like in each, and what deal structures make sense.

  • Build and manage a pipeline across multiple partner verticals simultaneously, from first contact through signed agreement and revenue realization.

  • Develop the pitches, materials, and outreach strategies needed to engage each buyer type authentically.

  • Serve as the voice of the B2B customer internally — translating partner needs into product, packaging, and pricing feedback.

  • Drive toward a Q2 pipeline representing 30%+ of total revenue potential, with a longer-term target of $1M in B2B revenue.

  • Report directly to the CMO, with close collaboration with the CEO on strategy as the channel evolves.

What You Bring

  • You've done this before at an early-stage company — ideally in health, wellness, or consumer products — and you know what it means to build a partnerships function without guardrails. You're comfortable with ambiguity not as a temporary inconvenience but as the actual environment you thrive in.

  • You can run a complex, multi-stakeholder sale with a small sports team's performance staff just as comfortably as you can navigate procurement conversations with a university research department. You read rooms well. You know when to push and when to let a deal breathe.

  • Critically, you're an individual contributor at heart — you don't need a team beneath you to operate at a high level, and you're not looking for a role where success means building headcount. You're here to close.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales

  • Demonstrated experience at an early-stage startup where you built process from scratch rather than inherited it

  • Track record closing deals across diverse buyer types — ideally including both SMB (clinics, small orgs) and institutional (corporate, research, or healthcare enterprise) buyers

  • Strong ability to qualify, prioritize, and manage a multi-segment pipeline simultaneously

  • Excellent communicator — you can adapt your pitch from a performance coach to a procurement officer without losing authenticity

  • Comfortable operating as a solo contributor with high visibility and accountability

Nice to Have

  • Background in health, wellness, sports performance, or diagnostics

  • Experience selling to healthcare practitioners (naturopaths, chiropractors, functional medicine)

  • Familiarity with research procurement or academic partnership structures

  • Experience with gifting, wellness benefits, or employee health programs in a B2B context

Why you’ll love working at Eli:

  • You’ll work with a group of talented and mission-driven people eager to improve lifelong health at scale.

  • You’ll be part of the core team developing and commercializing the first product that monitors hormonal data daily and over a lifetime.

  • You’ll join the early-stage startup phase and have a wide-reaching impact in a constantly evolving, fast-paced environment.

  • You’ll be part of a small (<25 people), high-performing, and diverse team where everything you do results in tangible impact and shapes the company’s trajectory.

  • You’ll be in an environment where people drive their own work, think creatively about open-ended problems, and solve them proactively.

  • You’ll get health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and more) to ensure you and your family stay physically and mentally at your best.

  • You’ll have flexibility over your schedule and vacations. We seek to hire great people, then give them the autonomy and space they need to achieve their goals.

  • Although our office and R&D facilities are in Montreal, we have a distributed team. We prioritize asynchronous workflows and minimize meetings to focus on the work itself.

  • You and your +1 will have unlimited free access to the Bota Bota spa in Montreal to recharge.
