Are you looking to be part of a team that impacts the world's future every day? Our team does that every single day. We are a global company located in TLV, Israel, and California, USA, driving the growth of resilient farms through pioneering technology and a friendly user experience.

We are seeking an experienced QA & Validation Manager to lead end-to-end quality and validation activities for our autonomous vehicle and mission autonomy platform. In this role, you will define validation strategy, own test automation and infrastructure, and lead system-level and end-to-end testing across software, hardware, and vehicle deployments. You will work in close collaboration with R&D, System Engineering, Integration, and DevOps teams to ensure product quality, robustness, and scalability.

Responsibilities – what you’ll be doing:

  • Define, implement, and own the QA & validation strategy across the autonomous system stack (cloud, autonomy, mission, edge, and platform)
  • Lead test automation efforts, including module-level, integration, and regression testing, and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines
  • Own platform-level validation, including boot, flashing, diagnostics (BIT), health monitoring, and system stability
  • Plan and execute end-to-end validation activities across:

Software-in-the-Loop (SiL)

Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL)

Vehicle-level and field testing

  • Define and maintain test plans, test cases, and validation documentation (STP, STD) based on system and product requirements
  • Manage the full defect lifecycle, including triage, prioritization, root cause analysis, validation, and closure
  • Track and report quality metrics, validation status, and release readiness to R&D leadership
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to improve testability, quality ownership, and design-for-validation
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing QA & Validation team while promoting a strong quality culture across the organization

Requirements

Requirements – does this describe you?

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical/Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • 8+ years of experience in QA, validation, or system testing of complex hardware-software systems
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end validation across SiL / HiL / vehicle testing
  • Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration
  • Experience testing embedded systems, distributed systems, and autonomous or safety-critical platforms
  • Strong understanding of system-level testing, integration challenges, and platform validation
  • Experience managing defects, test coverage, and quality metrics across multiple releases
  • Independent, structured, and capable of owning quality end-to-end

Advantages – these will bring you to our front row:

  • Background in autonomous vehicles, robotics, automotive, or off-road systems
  • Familiarity with safety and quality standards such as ISO 26262, ISO 25119, ISO 18497, or similar
  • Experience with SiL/HiL environments, simulation tools, or large-scale regression testing
  • Proficiency with Jira, Xray, or similar test management tools
  • Experience validating systems deployed across multiple vehicle or platform variants
