We’re looking for a Marketing Director to lead all marketing activities across both Bluewhite and AGANA Technologies, our defense-focused brand. This is a hands-on, creative, and strategic role for a marketing leader who can move seamlessly from brand storytelling and visual design to full-scale execution across global campaigns.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute the global marketing strategy across both brands, ensuring alignment with business and go-to-market goals.
- Lead new product generation launches end-to-end, from positioning and messaging to campaign creation and rollout.
- Create, design, and manage content, campaigns, and communications that build awareness, engagement, and demand across all channels.
- Support the full sales cycle with high-impact sales enablement tools, presentations, and strategic materials that empower the commercial team.
- Plan and facilitate and conferences, tradeshows and on-site events.
- Drive new leads across multiple-channels and manage early funnel engagement.
- Manage and evolve brand identity, messaging, and creative expression across digital platforms, events, PR, and partnerships.
- Design and produce high-quality decks, visuals, and materials for internal, customer, and investor-facing communications.
- Work directly with the CEO and leadership team on company-wide storytelling, investor materials, and strategic messaging.
- Lead product marketing, while coordinating with our global team.
- Report to the Chief Business Officer (based in the U.S.), providing strategic visibility and performance insights.
Requirements
Who You Are
- A hands-on marketing leader with 7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in technology, robotics, or mobility.
- Highly creative and fluent in AI-powered design and content tools, capable of building a full brand identity from concept to launch using modern creative workflows.
- Strong visual sense with proven ability to design and craft decks, campaigns, and visuals that elevate brand storytelling.
- Expert in social media management and content creation, with a deep understanding of what drives engagement in high-tech industries.
- Experienced in go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, messaging, and investor communications.
- Agile and willing to travel when needed for events, launches, or cross-regional collaboration.
- Comfortable working independently in a hybrid, fast-paced environment while managing remote stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and visual communication skills in English, with a clear and confident voice.

- Experience in agriculture, autonomy, or defense industries.
- Experience in growth stage startups.
- Background in scaling marketing systems, automation, or analytics.
- Familiarity with U.S, EU, and global market dynamics in growth-stage technology companies.
