Description
Bluewhite drives the growth of resilient farms, through pioneering technology, and a friendly user experience. Our vision is to bring sustainable innovation to growers worldwide. The Bluewhite mission is to build resilient farms by maximizing the grower’s productivity and reducing their operational cost. We equip existing fleets with autonomous technology, an easy-to-use platform, and end-to-end service, supporting their journey to a more profitable and sustainable farm. Together, we will Grow Forward.
Are you looking to be a part of a team that impacts the world's future daily? Our team does that every single day. We are a global company located in TLV, Israel, and California, USA, driving the growth of resilient farms through pioneering technology and a friendly user experience.
We are seeking a passionate AI Applied Researcher to lead end-to-end research and development of our proprietary machine learning-based algorithms for off-road autonomous vehicles. Experimenting, designing a solution, leading a POC, implementing the training pipeline, and providing an optimized, production-ready AI-based solution.
Responsibilities - what you will be doing:
- Conduct applied research in multi-modal domains to enhance our autonomous capabilities. Specifically, you will be applying SOTA Machine Learning for tasks of perception, navigation, and planning This multi-modality includes the full sensory stack of our vehicles (lidar, cameras, localization sensors, etc.)
- Implement pipelines to achieve robust production-level models – from simulative and real data preparation, through adapting and modifying existing networks or implementing tailor-made networks or , optimizing learning parameters, and evaluating performance
- Deploy trained models to accelerated inference environments using various optimization and quantization techniques
- Take a meaningful part in designing and implementing our Machine Learning infrastructure, frameworks, and evaluation tools
Requirements
Requirements - does this describe you?
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of experience
- Solid background in Machine Learning algorithms in the domain of Computer vision, preferably focused on solving perception problems for autonomous systems
- Proficiency in Python programming, experience working with relevant deep learning and Computer Vision libraries (Pytorch/TensorFlow, SciPy, OpenCV)
- Experience in conversion and optimizing trained models to accelerate inference environments within embedded HW (TensorRT, Jetson, etc.)
Advantages – this will bring you to our front row:
- C++ programming
- Experience with working in Reinforcement learning, working in simulative environments and dealing with Sim2Real challenges
