About the role
As the Account Executive, you'll prospect and connect with potential customers, work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to identify and nurture leads, drive pipeline growth, and ensure our customers achieve their goals.

This is a full time, hybrid position with 2+ days per week spent in our Surry Hills office in Sydney.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Identify and Develop Opportunities: Prospect new leads and uncover customer needs to build a strong sales pipeline. Setting up meetings for our sales team.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Share market insights with Product, Success, and Marketing teams to improve customer experience and solutions.
  • Solve Problems Creatively: Be proactive in tackling challenges and refining the sales process. Working with the team to fine-tune our outreach
  • Build Customer Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating a genuine passion for helping customers succeed.
  • Self-motivated work ethic: You will be joining a team of sales individuals with a strong drive to deliver on their goals.

To be successful in the role you will need:
  • Demonstrable and proven experience in B2B sales.
  • Bachelor's degree required plus at least 12 months of related work experience
  • An understanding of Agtech and/or the agricultural industry is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to find, manage and close high-level business within a sales environment.
  • Knowledge of how to assess business opportunities, gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others.
  • Strong communication skills, communicating at all levels and across multiple stakeholders with a strong focus on the customer.
  • Ability to take the initiative and achieve high-level goals independently and competently.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot or other CRM platforms.
  • Experience selling into corporate agricultural businesses
  • Record of success in software sales
  • The ability to travel domestically as required
Compensation: $80-$85k base salary
