About the role
Working in a fast-paced environment, the Customer Support Coordinator will assist AgriWebb’s users with daily inquiries via phone calls, email and our live online conversation system, Intercom. You will provide detailed and accurate descriptions of bugs and defects enabling concise communication with the Product and Engineering teams. You will also support our customers by providing product training on request and proactively supporting clients throughout their lifecycle with AgriWebb.

To be successful in the role you will need:
- Prior experience working in customer support or success.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with Intercom or other online ticketing platforms will help you hit the ground running.
- The ability to think on your feet and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent problem solving skills and a customer-first mindset
- Experience in a SAAS environment would be well regarded
- You have a customer-oriented mindset and a genuine desire to improve their lives.
- Confidence in using diverse software tools
- An understanding of agriculture or livestock production is a bonus, but not a must-have.
Base Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000
The indicated pay range is what AgriWebb reasonably expects to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions will be determined based on a variety of considerations such as work location, work experience, industry experience, education, seniority, responsibility level, or similar factors.
