About the role
We’re seeking a driven, motivated, and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a proven track record of delivering to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience and work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and fun team environment while contributing to the growth of AgriWebb.
In this role, you’ll prospect and connect with potential customers, work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to identify and nurture leads, drive pipeline growth, and ensure our customers achieve their goals. Responsibilities of the role include:
- Identify and Develop Opportunities: Prospect new leads and uncover customer needs to build a strong sales pipeline. Setting up meetings for our sales team.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Share market insights with Product, Success, and Marketing teams to improve customer experience and solutions.
- Solve Problems Creatively: Be proactive in tackling challenges and refining the sales process. Working with the team to fine-tune our outreach
- Build Customer Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating a genuine passion for helping customers succeed.
- Strong work ethic: You will be joining a team of sales individuals with a strong drive to deliver on their goals.
To be successful in the role you will need:
- At least 2 years of SDR experience in B2B Saas or a similar industry.
- A proactive approach to generating new leads and opportunities.
- Familiarity with Hubspot or other CRM platforms.
- With a proactive problem-solving approach, you love to get involved and think of creative ways to approach challenges in your work.
- A customer-oriented mindset, to be passionate for making a difference, and a genuine desire to improve our customers’ lives.
- To be a motivated self-starter with the desire to be a key contributor to a high-performance sales team.
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong focus on the customer.
- An understanding of Agtech and/or the agricultural industry is a bonus, but not a must-have.
Compensation: $80K Base + monthly incentives for meeting targets
