About the role
In this role, you’ll provide operational support for our team from facilities management, managing our office supplies, keeping our snacks and drinks well stocked, planning and running fun office events, providing administrative support for our teams, coordinating travel arrangements along with being a friendly and welcoming face for our team. You’ll be pivotal in ensuring a safe, fun and productive environment and ensuring operations are running smoothly.
You will also have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of projects depending on what you are interested in, including assisting our marketing team with event coordination and project admin support for research projects.
You’ll be a highly organised, energetic person who is passionate about creating an environment people want to work in.
To be successful in the role you will:
- Have exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Be a people person who loves fostering positive relationships and keeping team morale high
- Have demonstrable office management and/ or administrative experience in an office environment
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have the ability to work effectively within a team – accountability and collaboration being key to the team’s performance
- Be someone who likes to take initiative and like to problem solve
- Knowledge of travel booking platforms desirable
- Experience of supporting Executive teams desirable
- Experience of working in high growth, fast paced professional environment an advantage
